Thank you for shopping at uskAIR. Each product is custom-made for you through our Print-on-Demand (POD) partner, Printful. Because our items are produced only after an order is placed, please review the following Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

• Once an order is submitted, it is sent immediately into production.

• For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after your order has been confirmed.

2. Returns and Exchanges

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for products if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at uskuu.store@outlook.com
